I ordered two egg baleadas, one with no crema and what I got was just tortilla and beans. There was no egg, there was no cheese, there was no crema. Apart from that I ordered two chorizo baleadas and it came with no crema and with avocado. We’ve eaten here before and they have never come with avocado so we didn’t know to ask for no avocado. My boyfriend is extremely allergic to avocado so we couldn’t even eat the food. Do not recommend coming here, there are other places with much better food and service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 Overall I stopped by this food truck recently and had a mixed experience. Overall, I’m giving it four stars because the concept has potential and there’s clearly a lot of heart behind it — but there are definite areas that need improvement. Food (⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5): I ordered a baleada and a maracuyá fresh drink. The flavors were bold, but unfortunately the execution fell short. The meat wasn’t tender, and the queso was too overpowering, throwing off the balance of the dish. The baleada also completely fell apart before I could finish it, which made it hard to enjoy. It’s a classic dish and deserves a bit more care in presentation and structure. Service (⭐️⭐️ 2/5): Service was on the slow and disorganized side. There was a young child taking orders, and while everyone behind the counter seemed to be having fun (which isn’t necessarily bad), I was left waiting in the sun while they got it together. For $15 for just a baleada and a juice, I expected a bit more professionalism and promptness. Atmosphere (⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5): There’s really no atmosphere to speak of. You order, wait around, and eat in your car. There were no visible trashcans, which made it inconvenient to clean up after myself. A little attention to customer comfort could go a long way here. --- I’ll likely give them another try in the future — I think with a few tweaks, this could be a great spot.

I used to live in the area and have visited around >20 times. So I'll give credit where its due. The food is generally really tasty and the portions are Texas sized , I'm a Mexican and love the Honduran food ( my wife is Honduran). The Balliada especial is my favorite and second is the Pollo chuko. I personally have only had two abnormal experiences. The first was where I was given a portion of my order and I walked away without one of my items. The second was was actually today. I Ordered two portions of the chicken with the sauces on the side, but when I got home the sauce wasn't included at all. My wife ended up calling to complain and they did resolve the issue. I understand small issues do happen and I can't always expect excellent service. I will be returning. The staff is usually friendly as long as you're well mannered, though the clientele is usually not. I do get that the staff has to put up with some unruly customers. On another note something I dont like is that prices are not stated on the Menu itself. You'll have to ask for individual prices for things if you want to know and lastly on the receipt the price is the total and not individual items leading up to the total.
